入門課程，節奏較輕快。回復因「久坐少動」而失衡的身體功能。採瑜伽體式及功能性訓練動作混搭，鼓勵學員能夠有「動作模式」及「搭配組合」上的變化，達到更整體的進步。 ▽認識Celine老師▽ Celine蔡忻林老師，ERYT-500，Move Smart for All研創人，SPS認證講師。從小就熱愛運動，經歷長年田徑與舞蹈的淬煉，一路順利求學，取得臺灣師範大學體育研究所碩士，主修運動生理學。目前任教於淡江大學，曾任Nike台灣體適能顧問，現任Adidas國際簽約講師與LesMills BodyBalance講師，並在課餘教授大眾課程、開設RYT200 & RYT300美國瑜伽聯盟師資培訓、SPS脊椎螺旋運動、各式研習工作坊、研創教材，全心奉獻給身體教育。 投入教學30餘年來，Celine老師致力鑽研人的身心活動，融合理論與教學實務，讓科學新知，成為動得好、吃得好、睡得好、活得好的基礎。精確優雅的示範、富層次且含教育資訊的指令、有效率的調整，Celine老師不僅帶領學生身體動，還教導大腦懂，認識身體地圖，透析動作原理，練習更好的協調與控制。 關於瑜伽的師承，Celine老師一直抱持著不自限的開放態度，把握各種機會學習精進，也虛心吸收來自不同流派的養分，共取得了三張RYT200、一張RYT300、一張 RPYT85 證照。因此，Celine老師的體位法粹煉兩大瑜伽體系之精華，有正位瑜伽的精準執行與安全堆疊，也有流動瑜伽在一吸一吐間的流暢與專注、優雅與力量。而除了逾千小時的瑜伽認證之外，Celine老師還是亞洲第一位接受臨床骨科動作專家完整訓練的非醫療相關人員，也跨足如RedCord、DNS、Movement Links、費登奎斯、亞歷山大技巧等物理治療和身心學領域。 Celine老師深信每一條道路和練習方法，最終都是為了走向平衡與合一。因此，也期望自己的教學與分享，以科學實證理論與瑜伽經典智慧相應，能夠成就學生全人的學習。
