親切、活潑、專業、熱情、解說指導詳細、我會想再繼續購課、比較像我在國外上一對一的經驗，很有熟悉的親切感。教練的教學風格獨特，可以用英語溝通，動作指導與解說很到位。跟教練說脊椎側彎的問題，上完覺得肩頸和腰部的疼痛感舒緩不少！等上課幾次後，再推薦媽媽也來運動。 非常棒的課程！
