BASE FIT 運動工作室於2023年所創立，台中訓練中心，提供包括個人運動訓練服務，團體課程訓練，企業團隊健康諮詢。 對BASE FIT 來說，是一件認真的事情。 Base Fit 課程提供：客製化訓練、動作優化訓練、運動表現訓練、體態雕塑、泰拳訓練 團體課程：泰拳團體課 每週二 18:45 ~ 19:45 (Coach Mango) 每週四 20:00 ~ 21:00 (Coach 志鈜) 每周日 11:00 ~ 12:00 (Coach Bryan)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 8Hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 100% full refund. Cancellations or changes made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
