教練：Avery，通過官方Animal flow Lv2認證的Instructor ，從素人開始慢慢訓練至今。個人IG: avery5047 - Animal Flow是一種四足徒手訓練系統，除了模仿部分動物移動及伸展，也融合體操、跑酷及流動瑜珈等運動，利用身體與地面接觸創造更多平面的身體訓練，Animal Flow可以帶來的好處：提高肌力、肌耐力、強化核心及關節穩定度、增加身體活動度等好處多多~ 當然~未來熟練後，還可以創造出屬於自己風格的Animal Flow喔~
