我是Yen，目前瑜伽教學邁入第四年，除了瑜伽，也有教Body Combat。 我認為瑜伽是轉換思維後，重新體驗生活的方法。 開始瑜伽，大多是從五感及肉身的鍛鍊出發， 從身體活動認識身體，再從身體與呼吸的連結，靠近內在的真實自己。 我的瑜伽課較多力量的鍛鍊，當然也有放鬆伸展，讓身心平衡。會在動作裡說明動作的目的以及進退階選項。 墊子上專心在動作、觀察此刻身心感受及主動做出不同變化選項，到最後放鬆，是我每堂課的目標。 延伸到生活，瑜珈讓我了解，自己的所思所想決定動作品質，並且永遠有機會再嘗試，練習過程都無關乎外在條件，都取決於自己的念頭。 最喜歡練完後，那種「我沒有變，但感覺不一樣了！」的放鬆、和諧。 期待與你在墊子上相見。
