本教室在正式上課前 可以先以體驗價$450元體驗課程，教練會依照個人身體狀態或是異狀給以適當訓練方式。 教室採預約小班制教練課程 以2人開課最多4人 目前課程項目： 1.功能性訓練 2.重量訓練 3.肌力訓練 4.樂齡訓練 5.TRX懸吊訓練 6.混合式訓練（壺鈴、戰繩、徒手）
