墊上皮拉提斯Pilates Mat 課程介紹： 皮拉提斯主要著重核心肌群訓練，整合有氧、柔軟度與肌肉伸展，透過徒手訓練及器械器具輔助，以及清晰明瞭的指導，引導身體進行有效訓練，幫助訓練者取得身體的矯正和平衡，預防運動傷害及提高身體覺察力，認識自己的身體並療癒心靈，向腰酸背痛說再見！ 芭蕾雕塑Barre 課程介紹： Barre融合了Pilates 皮拉提斯、Ballet 芭蕾、 Yoga 瑜珈與健身元素，以流暢的方式用不同的節奏搭配深淺肌群的訓練方式來進行。訓練過程中以自身的重量為主，搭配小重量來進行自我鍛鍊與力量的提升，課程裡包括了大範圍的動作搭配速度與方向的變化來提升心肺功能。無需任何芭蕾基礎，人人皆可入門。
