善蓮皮拉提斯 KLPilates- 理念 善蓮有兩種涵義，第一種是善良與蓮花， 佛教有一句話「善良在佛前是一朵蓮花。」蓮花出淤泥而不染、濯清連而不妖，像善良是清新可貴的，心要簡單人要善良。 善蓮皮拉提斯工作室像蓮花冰清玉潔、與世無爭、清晰脫俗，在這裡你可以好好地做自己不受外界干擾，擁有自己的空間、時間去完成自己意想不到的事情。 第二種意思是善芬與玉蓮，這兩位是促使我成立工作室最大的推手，他們是我最敬愛的爸爸媽媽。沒有他們我不會有想要去考師資的動力更不會想開工作室的念頭，爸爸是癌症媽媽是腦中風，我希望他們在生活中可以有一個安心訓練的地方可以好好的運動，為自己努力。 善良、溫馨、和諧、自我實現是工作室的初衷。 地址：台北市大同區錦西街54號2樓
