本課堂適合剛接觸健身的夥伴們 課前會先討論你的目標與時間 課程安排儘量以學員為出發點 課程時間、次數彈性 以基礎訓練打底+安全運動訓練為輔 讓自己慢慢愛上健身這個運動 學成後也可以自己安排運動時間 地點以中山捷運站附近之「桑富士健身館」為主 場地費單次120元（不限時間）各自付款 裏面有25公尺游泳池（高度120公分） 有空也可以下課後游泳 假如有其他地點也可以討論
