上班族時有下腰疼痛、或是長站工作者易有下半身水腫現象，或是因長期不良姿勢等造成身體骨骼錯位、發力有代償現象，或是經常久坐祥訓練肌力的朋友，皆可在一對一的練習調整當中找到最適合自己的瑜珈練習，進而改善長期身體不正堂使用的情況。

👋嗨大家好，我是一名空服員。 前年因為疫情關係、工作量減少許多， 過多的空閒時間讓我開始接觸到了瑜珈，然而去年中，Delta疫情爆發，國內直升第3級警戒，除了工作量已經少到不能再少、朋友們因為害怕而紛紛取消約會、家人不在身邊，整個生活找不到重心、情緒開始出現問題、失眠將近兩個月、找不到自我價值等等，整個身心狀態呈現一個很不好的狀態。 🧘‍♀️而在疫情警戒降為第二級後開始回歸瑜珈練習，甚至更投入地練習，也讓我失眠、情緒等問題改善很多☑️ 因為從瑜珈練習得到許多，不管是身體上或是心理上的健康，也因為這些種種的收穫，在2021年把我推向了瑜珈師資的培訓，開啟了瑜伽教學之路，希望能夠透過分享的方式，讓同樣曾經或是正在經歷類似情境的朋友可以藉由瑜珈找到自己，不再只是一味地向外尋求，而是更能夠練習專注在自己身上。 希望能夠透過我的瑜珈課，讓更多人從瑜珈獲得不同的收穫。 課程： 基礎瑜珈 流動瑜伽 髖關節開展活動 扭轉排毒 入門手平衡與頭倒立 【過去經歷】 ・2021-11 - 目前 Yoga Teacher 【相關證照】 ・RYT200 Yoga Teacher - Yoga Alliance
