歡迎各位踏上舒壓療癒的墊子上， 這堂課會以Move Smart For All的系列課程為主軸， Move Smart For All是臨床骨科動作專家所設計的動作庫， 結合瑜伽、皮拉提斯的身心放鬆課程， 過程會著重(源自古印度沒有失傳的)呼吸練習、協調訓練以及最後的修復體式， 讓大家練習後都能有腦袋沉靜、身體輕鬆的舒適感。 期待在墊子上與各位見面! 強烈由衷建議: 1)請準備個人使用乾淨的大浴巾及毛巾。 2)至少準備瑜伽墊1張、瑜伽磚2塊。 3)彈力球。(第一堂課老師會準備給大家) 4)濕紙巾，擦乾淨自己的腳腳。
