動作優化訓練、肌力與體能訓練、運動員訓練、雕塑訓練、泰拳訓練
課程為60分鐘。
上課須知：
1. 穿著運動舒適服裝
2. 乾淨室內運動鞋或是可赤足訓練
3. 個人瓶裝水，工作室有飲水機

團體課程：泰拳團體課 每週二 18:45 ~ 19:45 (Coach Mango)

每周日 11:00 ~ 12:00 (Coach Bryan)
