動作優化訓練、肌力與體能訓練、運動員訓練、雕塑訓練、泰拳訓練
課程為60分鐘。
上課須知：
1. 穿著運動舒適服裝
2. 乾淨室內運動鞋或是可赤足訓練
3. 個人瓶裝水，工作室有飲水機

Base Fit 課程提供：客製化訓練、動作優化訓練、運動表現訓練、體態雕塑、泰拳訓練
團體課程：Yoga團體課 每週一 10:15 ~ 11:30 (佳佳老師)
每週五 18:45 ~ 20:00
泰拳團體課 每週二 18:45 ~ 19:45 (Coach Mango)
每週四 20:00 ~ 21:00 (Coach 志鈜)
每周日 11:00 ~ 12:00 (Coach Bryan)
女力覺醒舞蹈團體課 每週日 08:00 ~ 09:00 (舞蹈老師 水子)

Cancellations made 8Hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 100% full refund. Cancellations or changes made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
