Course Info

融合西方科學，和東方瑜珈，以及人體解剖學概念，在不受傷的前提下提升身體的柔軟度和優化身體線條。 接觸瑜珈是因為跳舞當選手的關係，本來只是想讓筋骨柔軟讓比賽表現更好。後來因緣際會從國標選手轉職為瑜珈老師。一開始迫於生計無奈轉職，後來接觸的老師多了，練習的時間久了，對瑜珈的認識從一開始強身健體，漸漸進入內心的探討。練習瑜珈是要讓自己更好，瑜珈哲學不是只在墊子上的體位法練習，更是要帶進生活的與人相處之中。絢爛的技巧在拍瑜珈美照時能吸引到很多目光，不可諱言，很多人都是為了這些美照而來接觸瑜珈，我當初也是這樣開始的，而練習的時間久了，人生經歷的事情多了，一遍一遍的重複著墊子上的練習，漸漸地從外在的身體感覺，開始感知著內心的世界，在每一次的練習去感受著今天的身心狀態，而去找尋那些情緒感受的平衡點。 在我的課堂上，我總是希望學員除了體位法練習，更要能夠找到不讓身體受傷的零界點，從感知身體開始，進而能傾聽內心的聲音，最後找到身心的平衡。我會溫柔的陪伴著學員，用陪伴療癒著課堂上的學員，也療癒自己，我們一起讓生活更好，一起讓世界更好。
