UltiLife的結構體姿建立課程中，教練會教導如何避免不好的動作重複發生，進而造成運動傷害，
可以學習特定幼兒發展動作，利用呼吸讓軀幹能夠穩定的在特定擺位中排列身體，
找到最佳關節定位，達到對的肌肉發力過程。
再藉由重量去激發大腦重設與校正，讓身體可以回歸出生之初的理想狀態。
