Hello everyone ！ 我是Woody，曾任職於大型連鎖健身房兩年多，曾服務過的會員超過百位，不論是要增肌減脂、運動員想增強運動表現或是一般人想要培養運動習慣找回身體的健康我都有接觸過！ 目前是自由教練，加入健身這塊領域已經快要六個年頭了。 目前我也是健美運動員，上課絕對不會無聊又不失專業度，專長是針對不同的學員去做漸進式的訓練、簡單的飲食指導，我相信能夠針對學員不同的需求去做不一樣的規劃才是好的教練～ （照片上有一張是帶我的學生參加WNBF TW3的比賽獲得職業卡） 目前第一堂課有優惠體驗價900元
