哈達瑜珈為最古老、也是最普遍的瑜珈，以極度的呼吸與身體鍛鍊來挑戰自我極限，梵文「哈達Hatha」一詞意為「力量」。 這個詞可以分成兩個字：「哈」意指太陽，而「達」意指月亮。 原本哈達瑜珈的修練著重在掌握肉體，作為靈修的準備：控制肉體以發展出平心靜氣的能力，由此連接到靈性。

座落於南屯區的PERENEXT YOGA Studio，是以瑜珈推廣為主的專業小班制瑜珈教室。全師資皆為RYS、YAI 國際瑜珈聯盟認證師資。3-8人的小班制環境，讓引導師能夠清楚的感受每位練習者的身心狀況，適度提供最合宜的瑜珈體位引導，不論是首次接觸瑜珈或進階體位調整的練習者，都是最合適的選擇。
