萊健身提供自主訓練、私人教練、小班團課、場地租借等服務項目。萊健身與中大型的健身房不同，學員可以專注訓練，教練可以不被干擾的上課，場地位於一樓的空間，白天時日照進場內，天氣好時更可開門通風，讓教練與學員都能享有環境良好的教室空間。 萊健身提供各位30坪的開放式場地，除了私人教練課程之外，提供了團課教練充足的訓練空間，設備有TRX、CrossCore、Cable、蹲舉架x3、ViPR4~12KG、啞鈴2.5-37.5KG、登階踏板、壺鈴8~20KG、六角槓、SSB、戰繩、飛輪、滾木槓、瑞士槓…等 無論是自主訓練或是在萊健身開設肌力與體能課程、槓鈴肌力、壺鈴團課、TRX等課程，場地都提供了充足的需求，快加入萊健身吧，現在還不晚！ ▸ 自主訓練收費及時段 ◂ 收費方式：100元/次 入場時段：全預約制 ▸ 場地租借收費及時段 ◂ 收費方式：225-350元/堂（購買10堂以上享優惠） 入場時段：全預約制
