講點實際的～ 身為教練，對學生需要做些什麼： 幫學生計算熱量、TDEE、營養素，搭配增肌及減脂的正確觀念，包括蛋白質的比例、碳水化合物高低GI的差別、脂肪的好處等等。 最大的差別-監督學生 飲食部分：要學生先準備一台迷你磅秤，並教導學生怎麼用MyFitnessPal（近期最容易的計算熱量app) 計算熱量，除此，還需要每天按時監督，是每天喔！！持續22天才肯罷休！或是你真的非常非常乖，都有好好控制飲食。 訓練部分：一個星期會先詢問一次自主訓練的時間次數，並附上請學生做的課表（通常是兩種課表）不會寫重量，需要讓學生自己做過，然後填上對應次數時所做的重量，在回貼給我，並記錄在excel統計表單上 你需要的是幫你量身打造的體態規劃師👍🏽 Line:aps6012000 Ins:aps6012000
