◉課程特色： 🌟『小班制團體課程 』 小班制團體課程，由脊醫與專業教練所設計，從脊椎保護與維持為出發點，所開設的多元團體課程，如何在追求體態的過程中避免對身體各關節的傷害不妨來試試 Fe26 fitness 鐵身工作室，專門開設的團體課程。 課程種類可以隨著個人需求與程度來做選擇，包括: 皮拉提斯(LV1、2)、功能性壺鈴、Foundation Training(脊椎減壓)、地板流動、核心強化。 2-8人的上課人數限制有效掌握上課品質，在上課過程中隨時留意每位學生的動作與訓練強度，有效達成訓練目標與避免運動傷害。 ⚠️28堂課方案可提供給雙人共同使用，請選擇14堂方案，課程有效期為半年，其餘單人方案均為一年
