阿斯坦加瑜伽（Ashtanga Yoga）又被稱為八肢瑜伽，所謂的八肢是指：持戒、精進、體位法、調息、感官收攝、專注力、冥想與三摩地，從字面上可以約略看出，內容包含了個人修為與身心練習等等，前面的兩肢被視為是自己的功課，在課堂上練習多絕大部分為第三肢體位法，而後面的部分則不刻意追求，將隨著自身練習自然的到來，水到渠成。

喧鬧城市中的一隅寧靜 座落於南屯區的PERENEXT YOGA Studio，是以瑜珈推廣為主的專業小班制瑜珈教室。全師資皆為RYS、YAI 國際瑜珈聯盟認證師資。3-8人的小班制環境，讓引導師能夠清楚的感受每位練習者的身心狀況，適度提供最合宜的瑜珈體位引導，不論是首次接觸瑜珈或進階體位調整的練習者，都是最合適的選擇。
