熱身及動態伸展
每堂課前會進行5-10分鐘的熱身及動態伸展，確保身體準備好迎接接下來的訓練，減少運動傷害的風險。
基礎動作學習
學員將學習一些常見的重量訓練動作，如：
深蹲（Squat）：強化下肢肌群，尤其是大腿、臀部。
硬舉（Deadlift）：訓練全身力量，特別針對背部和腿部肌肉。
臥推（Bench Press）：主要鍛鍊胸肌、三頭肌及肩膀。
重量漸進原則
我們採用漸進負重的訓練原則，確保學員在每堂課中逐步增加重量，達到肌肉適應與持續增長的效果。
正確的姿勢與技巧
每位教練會針對學員的動作進行個別指導，確保他們使用正確的姿勢與技巧來避免受傷，同時獲得最大效果。
全身肌群訓練
課程會覆蓋全身主要肌群，包括胸、背、腿、肩和手臂，提供均衡的全身鍛鍊，幫助學員建立全面的肌肉基礎。
結束訓練及放鬆
在每次課程的最後，我們將進行5-10分鐘的放鬆及靜態伸展，幫助肌肉恢復並減少運動後的酸痛。
