我認為運動是生活的延展，所以希望自己教學的內容是可以回推回生活上使用的，舉凡彎腰搬重物（硬舉）/爬樓梯（深蹲）/把東西放到架子上（肩推）等…都在教學的範圍內。 自己喜歡壺鈴跟舉重項目的訓練，所以上課時，也會較容易使用到這兩樣器材，上課的排程會是先學核心的使用，再延伸至其它的動作。 希望學生能夠透過我，而成為自己的教練，建立起自己的運動習慣，進而照顧自己的身體。
