我的背景是專業芭蕾舞者訓練過來的 目前是一名瑜珈老師也同時是健身教練 我的專項是給予以下幾種族群專業指導 受過傷的運動員、樂齡族、女性線條強度、重訓停滯階段、身體彈性柔軟度影響痠痛、高強度訓練 因為以前的舞者訓練讓我可以更清楚怎麼幫學生找到適合每個人的方法及內容 歡迎來訊預約上課 一對一加開中 什麼樣的人會選擇一對一/二呢？ 我的學生中有以下幾點而選擇我 1.他就是想動，並沒有太大的目標及要求，下班運動需要一個動力於是找外型不錯的老師（我），給予正確的訓練又能讓運動沒有什麼壓力 2.對瑜珈有很喜歡的目標，選擇我的原因不外乎我能做到的高難度動作很多，他希望挑戰 3.尋找很多一對一老師，但最喜歡我這個老師上課的氛圍及與他相處的感覺 4.對於我的身材體態線條非常喜歡，於是找到我來幫她們訓練 很多原因可以促使你運動 你也可以找很多理由嫌貴嫌麻煩 但真的得到健康跟體態了嗎？
