課程內容 ▶️從反重力的空中動作運用到肢體的展現，可訓練全身的力量、平衡、核心肌力、柔軟度....等，利用空中的彈性布，來支撐身體的平衡與重量，達到在地面不易完成的動作，同時也挑戰身體的靈活度與大腦邏輯能力 ▶️空中流動則是串聯不同的瑜珈與舞蹈姿勢加上音樂的節奏，讓整體呈現更加優美柔軟,就像仙女般的自在飛翔 ▶️15-20分鐘暖身(伸展加肌力訓練)>30分鐘練習空中技巧與串連動作>5-10分鐘吊床內收操放鬆課程學習目標 ▶️看似困難的空瑜動作，透過引導練習也可以順利完成美美pose ▶️享受掛布上的一切美好與刺激感 ▶️讓腦袋思緒活絡起來，增強方向與空間感 ▶️延展身體線條，拍照都是180長腿兒
