器械皮拉提斯【一對二】．器械皮拉提斯(核心床) 運動訓練．提升身體穩定性．提升身體肌肉耐力．建立正確身體骨骼排列．訓練控制肌肉呼吸模式教練會依照每組學生安排合適上課內容為維護場館上課品質，最晚請於預約上課時間前8小時做更改上課時間或取消。請留意：若未在上課前8小時內更改或取消，將會依照場館規定扣堂數。
