【Ashtanga 八肢瑜珈】八肢瑜伽也被稱為阿斯坦加瑜伽（AshtangaYoga）,而其中的八肢是指：持戒、精進、體位法、調息、感官收攝、專注力、冥想與三摩地，這所謂的八肢也只有透過自身的的修行、練習才能慢慢的讓自己達到八肢的最後境界。八肢瑜珈與其它類型的瑜珈較為不同，八肢瑜珈擁有一套固定的動作序列，包含了前彎、後彎、扭轉、倒立等等所有想得到的瑜伽動作，由於八肢有次序之分，因此只有在完成每一個階段後才能慢慢的往下前往下一個階段。練習八支瑜珈需要具備一定的『力量』及『柔軟』，對於初學者來說會相當的消耗體力，因此若想練習八肢瑜珈建議是有一定瑜珈基礎的練習者。［師資介紹］ Connie老師擅長結合呼吸與流暢的體位，達到排毒與修復的功效。教學經歷 ✔️美國瑜珈聯盟 ERYT-500 認證資深教師 ✔️美國瑜珈聯盟 YACEP 認證研習課程教師 ✔️中華勇者瑜珈協會兒童瑜伽引導師 ✔️皮拉提斯國際認證 Pilates Method Alliance
