現為系統測試中，如有課程需求請直接洽好時良身LINE帳號 【 禪柔器械課 | Gyrotonic 】 GYROTONIC®，中譯為脊椎螺旋運動、禪柔或多面向脊椎運動，是一套強調以最省力的方式，來進行身體的延展及肌力的增進，並增加關節活動範圍和改善協調性的特殊方式。Gyro- 本身語義為螺旋之意，tonic 則為增強之意，創始者 Juliu Horvath 將之結合成為 GYROTONIC®，意指透過螺旋方式多方向性地增強及平衡肌肉的張力。 其基本理念，主要是源自於他對體操、游泳、芭蕾和瑜珈的學習和體驗所發展出來，藉由全身肌群的相互合作，及身體與心靈相互配合的態度來進行；透過自然、流動、連續的動作模式，在收縮 (contraction) 和伸展 (extension) 之間找尋溝通的橋樑；並強調關節之間轉動的動作模式(rotating movement)，以協助骨骼系統得到平衡肌肉張力的支持。 在螺旋狀、多面向、流暢性、自然、自由、圓弧、連綿不斷的動作方式下，開啟個人對於立體空間的覺察能力，增進平衡而具協調性的肌肉張力，改善動態穩定性的控制能力，同時在呼吸的協調配合下，自我尋找身體與心靈之間的相互溝通與平衡。 適合對象： ＊各種年齡層都可嘗試 ＊長期不動想開始嘗試活動 ＊想放鬆、改善痠痛 ＊想開發身體潛能提升動作表現
