很多人很常問團課及一對一教練課有什麼差別嗎❓ 上述許多人都會有這個疑問，也會問我哪一個比較適合，若是平常沒什麼在做運動或是第一次運動的學員，建議先上一對一健身教練課，先認識運動器材，教練也會根據每個人的身體狀況調整動作姿勢，也會幫助放鬆及展開身體的活動度，讓學員在做運動時可以減少受傷的風險。
