◉課程背景: 隨著科技的發展兒童長時間低頭使用3C產品，或者長期坐姿不良，所導致的脊椎問題，不單純造成痠痛或體態改變，甚至是神經系統:大腦成長、肌肉骨骼系統:骨頭發育都有可能造成引響。😱😱😱 ◉課程特色：由美國脊骨神經醫學博士擔任課程規劃顧問，與專業兒童體操專任老師合作，8人小班制精緻團課，老師能兼顧每位小朋友動作及強度。透過一系列動作包括: 攀、爬、翻、滾、跑、跳、走、撐、盪等動作，來提升包含肌耐力、爆發力、柔軟度、協調性、敏捷性、平衡感等全面性的來改善肢體動作。可在課程中培養脊椎中立且正確的體態、姿勢矯正、提高專注力、增進感覺統合能力還有提升肌力與肌耐力。 ◉適合對象： 3-11歲兒童。無時無刻駝背、內外八腿、駝背圓肩的小朋友，也歡迎想養成正確站姿，增加肌力與肌耐力的小朋友!
