以劍道為基礎的教學。並全程配戴坑擊打護具。 在享受持械對打的過程中，學習如何在持有武器的情況下，達到能保護自己，並讓自己受到最小的傷害 ，以至於能全身而退。課程亦包含刑法23條自我防衛的講解。全課程含護具租借的費用。
