運動按摩是運動員恢復、保持身體狀態的一種按摩。耐瀚運動防護員根據現代人身體常見的痠痛狀況，制定出符合大多數人需求的按摩流程。 經過改良後，設計出針對上班族、運動愛好者的按摩流程，加強代謝、促進睡眠品質，減緩痠痛疲勞。 為什麼需要運動按摩？ 你可能因為長期的生活或工作習慣，讓許多肌肉過度緊繃，但一般按摩卻無法幫你解決。 與腰痠密切相關的腰方肌、肩頸上背相關的肩胛下肌都是一般按摩容易忽略的肌肉，耐瀚會依序處理筋膜、肌肉，讓你的關節回到正位，減緩痠痛問題。 若有長期痠痛困擾建議與防護員討論尋求防護課程協助。
