美體律動 Aesthetic Grooving 以肌筋膜延展及肌力鍛鍊為主，輔以深層核心訓練與協調感練習，達到美體雕 塑與覺知身體的目標。 每堂的「美體律動」從鬆解緊繃、疲勞的肌肉開始，然後以肌力核心訓練及肢 體協調動作來增強腿部、臀部及手臂肌肉，並練習全身性的協調，同時，並輔 以動態的肌筋膜伸展來練習到的難以鍛鍊的肌肉群如、背部肌肉。在課程的最 後以伸展肌群、按摩及大休息來緩和一天疲勞的身心。 學員也會在「美體律動」中學習到如何透過輔具(如、抗力球、按摩球及彈力 帶...等)訓練少用的深層筋膜及正確使用不同肌群，練出像芭蕾舞伶般修長而 勻稱的肌肉, 恢復肌肉原本的彈性與光滑度。 適合族群 想要預防骨盆歪斜及肩頸痠痛的你。 適合曾做過激烈訓練卻不知如何使用深層肌肉，內外肌肉不平衡的你。 適合想要同時鍛練有效的肌耐力及想有修長身形、美好體態的你。 適合一般生活緊繃的上班族，或想緩解長期施力不當造成肌肉緊繃的肌肉鋼鐵 人。
