如上我不是一個只會說會自己控制體態的教練，身材從增重到減脂的差異都放上去都是本人，其他照片都是學生訓練成果，歡迎來詢問課程，地點目前有中山區市政府跟雙連全都在捷運附近 ，最以前本身是130公斤的胖子，所以非常有減肥經驗，任何對的錯的都能很了解，線條修飾上也都能幫您達到均衡
