您好，我是Ruby教練， 我自己曾經也是喝水都胖的體質，學生時期體脂肪3開頭，整個精神狀態都不好，很容易累。 後來透過自己營養背景以及運動健身的習慣，成功讓自己瘦下來而且三年不復胖了☺️ 也因為如此希望幫助更多人用健康的方法瘦下來，所以走上教練這條路。 經歷自己瘦身的過程，了解到飲食是瘦身的最重要關鍵，所以運動健身之餘，我也會增加飲食的觀念給學生。另外還有TRX、墊上操、拳擊健身團體班、營養飲食線上課，歡迎加我line詢問細節喔😆
