－使用到瑜珈球及其它輔具，從舒緩瑜珈來幫助媽咪放鬆，帶入凱格爾運動建立骨盆底肌群彈性，並著重訓練背、臀、腿的肌群穩定性，給寶寶安穩長大的家，有效幫助孕媽咪舒緩孕期時的腰酸背痛、水腫及其他不適，在獨一無二的產期中陪伴孕媽咪與寶寶成長。
