採取到府一對一教學，透過家中現有的器材以及健身阻力帶，提供專業全身性阻力訓練，教練會評估每個人的身體狀況、關節活動度、運動表現等，提供正確並有效的阻力訓練，達到減脂瘦身、增加肌肉量、提升運動表現等正面效果。 阻力訓練的好處在於只要有阻力帶，就能隨時隨地訓練，不受環境限制的影響。 相較於傳統的重量訓練，對關節及骨頭的壓迫不大，還能訓練肌肉對於阻力的穩定性，對於有受過傷或是關節疼痛的人群，會是非常好及舒適的選擇。 最後阻力訓練是非常適合任何時期的訓練者，無論初學者或是高階訓練者，都會有一定的幫助及進步，使用恰當就能給予身體良好的訓練。
