課程簡介
*空中瑜伽：在空中透過掛布度彈力、延展、擺盪和旋轉進行的練習，結合了平衡、柔軟性和力量，藉助反地心引力與布掛支撐身體的在空中進行瑜伽練習。
📣由於空中課程需要老師個別調整吊床的緣故，請勿遲到。
📣為了您的安全，若有留剪指甲或水晶指甲請勿進行空中活動分，也請脫掉手錶、耳環等飾品，衣服上不可有拉鍊、金屬等容易勾到掛布的物品。若造成毀壞，需要原價購回。
*芭蕾健身
結合了芭蕾元素，搭配健身動作，讓你能夠燃燒卡路里、雕塑身形，健出美麗氣質～
*伸展瑜伽
非常基礎的瑜伽，適合很少活動身體的人，漸進式的伸展平日即少運動到的筋絡，舒緩平常緊繃的身心～
*線條雕塑
課程會使用到小球、運動環..等器材，給予更多彈性的訓練變化，進而增加全身肌肉線條的訓練、快速燃脂。
*墊上皮拉提斯
著重鍛鍊核心肌群、包含腹部、腰部、臀部的肌肉，可以改善姿勢，平衡和身體整體穩定性。
*彼拉Arc
Arc是皮拉提斯中一個重要的輔具，適用於做動作時加強核心軀幹、背部、腿部肌肉的伸展和肌力訓練，同時調整脊椎活動度。
