七年的教練經歷在連鎖健身房執行超過八千堂的教練課以上肢下肢核心為主設計出多樣的訓練動作並讓學員基礎認識各個肌肉的運作把訓練融入日常目前訓練工具有TRX 壺鈴槓鈴啞鈴和徒手訓練不同年齡層和身體狀況用不同的工作和指導方式幫助學員達到目標。教學內容： 1.體態調整：評估靜態姿勢和檢測關節活動範圍，比如骨盆前傾或高低肩如何調整；肌肉緊繃，關節活動範圍不足如何改善 2.阻力訓練：以六大方向為主，上肢水平推拉，上肢垂直推拉，下肢推拉 3.課表安排：學會六大動作後藉由課表的安排來達到學員的需求，比如增肌減脂、肌力提升，甚至運動表現 4.呼吸優化：判斷現有呼吸模式，藉由改善呼吸模式減少錯誤的肌肉發力，降低受傷機率並提高訓練成效 5.飲食建議：讓學員了解三大營養素的配置和熱量攝取的概念，也適用於外食的學員 6.筋膜放鬆；藉由滾筒或按摩球放鬆筋膜，加速訓練後恢復速度以及降低身體緊繃感 7.壺鈴：爆發力和心肺訓練，搭配傳統重訓提高熱量消耗 8.TRX:懸吊系統，幫助初學者學習六大動作，並增加核心訓練另外還有針對籃球、棒球等運動表現的特殊訓練 #單堂費用都是1200，如果一次購買六堂以上都是1000 學生單堂都是1000，可單次付款，以上費用都包含場地費
