器械皮拉提斯【一對一】 ． 器械皮拉提斯運動訓練 ． 提升身體穩定性 ． 提升身體肌肉耐力 ． 建立正確身體骨骼排列 ． 訓練控制肌肉 呼吸模式 教練會依照每位學生安排合適上課內容 為維護場館上課品質，最晚請於預約上課時間前8小時做更改上課時間或取消。 請留意：若未在上課前8小時內更改或取消，將會依照場館規定扣堂數。
