目前營運的宗旨是協助提升並強化人體功能性，教會你如何使用自由重量，教會你安排出適合自己的訓練計劃與課表。我們不強迫推銷，並提供此場地給學員自主訓練。 目前有男女教練各一位，我們都是花蓮人，也都在台北市當教練。教練阿軒(男)之前在成吉思汗健身俱樂部當任健美教練教官，各大健美賽事常勝選手，現在在台北市從事自由教練一職，也是台灣連鎖健身工作室第一品牌-Forge 打鐵健身贊助的健美選手。 教練Amber(女)，國立政治大學畢業，持美國運動委員會ACE教練證(分數高達674分)，目前在台北市連鎖俱樂部旗下工作室任職。 功能性訓練，健美式訓練，肌力訓練，週期性訓練安排，動作控制矯正，銀髮族訓練……
