Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 8Hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 100% full refund. Cancellations or changes made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Performance Bond

The denomination of this voucher or the amount paid in advance for this product/service using a credit card/debit card has been deposited into a fund custody account provided by BANK SINOPAC. The funds are kept separately and will be held for a period of one year from the date of sale. The amount deposited into the fund custody account is limited to the transaction amount made by consumers (cardholders) using a credit card/debit card, and does not cover the denomination of vouchers or prepaid amounts purchased using other payment methods, which are not within the scope of BANK SINOPAC's fund custody.
