課程內容 ▶️Zumba運動節奏是通過步伐的變化而進行的，首先以較慢節奏的舞蹈步伐進行熱身，而後又變換成另一種特色鮮明，節奏更快的步伐，通過逐漸上升強度的方法使心率不斷加快 ▶️身體指令多於口語指令，大部分的Zumba課程時間，老師都是不說話的，這樣會讓學員更專心聽音樂 的變化，並注意老師的視覺指令 ▶️包含多國舞風，除了拉丁舞系的Merengue、Salsa、Cumbia、Reggaeton等，還加入了中東肚皮舞、巴西森巴舞...等不同的音樂節奏和舞步，藉由曲目安排達到高低衝擊鍛鍊 ▶️不同的舞風和歌曲速度可以達到不同的訓練強度，有經驗的老師可以藉由曲目安排來調整學員心跳率，達到燃燒熱量的效果 課程學習目標 ▶️結合舞蹈變化，增進心肺適能和肢體協調能力 ▶️以循序漸進的方式帶您進入ZUMBA的奇妙世界，增加基礎代謝率最有效的運動舞出完美體態
