以重訓、有氧、徒手訓練、彈力帶等等結合的訓練模式 在健身房有器材及使用器材，看當下狀況，如果想學其他訓練或有其它想法可提出要求，可商量。 懸吊訓練以airfit為主（訓練方法類似trx) 一對二的訓練內容及知識點會略低於一對一唷，畢竟少有休息時間可講解。
