大家好，我是小C。由我帶領的Move Smart for All，是節奏適中、適合所有人、有訓練、有放鬆的平衡課程。
課程內容整合了瑜伽、彼拉提斯、功能性訓練、身心方法…等動作，並使用瑜伽磚、彈力圈、滑盤…等輔具，來鍛鍊深層核心、訓練優質的動作模式。
透過每週規律的練習，從意識出發，建立身體正位，啟動目標肌肉鏈，再回到身心的專注與合一，讓好好運動成為好好生活的基礎。

我是小C，從事體適能指導11年，持續進修取得各項合格證照，除了豐富自己的教學內容，也希望透過所學陪伴大家，從體態到心態開始改變，一步一步遇見更美好的自己。
