服務內容包括： 慢性病營養諮詢、增肌減脂、選手備賽、老人健康營養教學。 常見減重減脂上，相較於傳統單純的減重，我們更強調『減脂』所帶來的健康，去提升身體機能或運動成績。 課程可以有單次營養諮詢$2000 （包括目標討論、飲食評估、個人化菜單） 以及購買整個月$5000 除了諮詢還會進行每日飲食監控，一對一本人回覆，分析指導飲食（用Line進行）。 另外無法到場諮詢的學員，可以私訊IG (jimmy79103)申請改線上諮詢。

BASE FIT 運動工作室於2023年所創立，台中訓練中心，提供包括個人運動訓練服務，團體課程訓練，企業團隊健康諮詢。 對BASE FIT 來說，是一件認真的事情。 Base Fit 課程提供：客製化訓練、動作優化訓練、運動表現訓練、體態雕塑、泰拳訓練 團體課程：泰拳團體課 每週二 18:45 ~ 19:45 (Coach Mango) 每週四 20:00 ~ 21:00 (Coach 志鈜) 每周日 11:00 ~ 12:00 (Coach Bryan)
