💪🏻體能加強班：適合所有想運動之學員。 訓練內容：全身肌力加強訓練、柔軟度加強訓練。 🤸🏻基本體操班：適合尚未接觸過體操之學員。 訓練內容：滾翻、側手翻、倒立等體操基本動作。 🤸🏽‍♂️中階（動作）班：適合可自行完成滾翻、側手翻、靠牆倒立30秒的學員。 訓練內容：前手翻、後手翻、前軟翻、後軟翻、側翻內轉、前空翻、後空翻、側空翻動作。 🤸🏿進階班：適合可自行完成中階（動作）班之手翻及空翻動作者，經教練評估後即可參加。 訓練內容：各式連接、空翻轉體等進階地板體操動作。
