以身體思考｜用頭腦體操｜持正念生活 🇹🇼Taipei ☁️Zoom ✨INFJ-A ♍️Virgo 🤲🏼Giver 🎓知識份子的思辨與表達｜#English 🧘🏻‍♀️姿勢份子的動覺與健康｜#Yoga 👩🏻‍🏫築步課程與學習優化總監｜#OneStep 🐱四喵阿木｜#lifewith4cats Namaste，我是 Kelly。 我的簡介上總是有許多斜槓，是教學 20 年的英文老師，是出道7年的瑜伽老師，是 OneStep 築步的課程與學習優化總監，是四喵的阿木，是充滿理想的 INFJ 提倡者，是時常問「我能夠幫你做什麼？」的 Giver 給予者。 這些角色的最大交集，是讓我得以訓練身體思考，練習頭腦體操，認真持正念生活。 時常覺得，我教導的不只是英文這個語言，而是知識份子的表達與思辨能力，我分享的也不只是瑜伽這項課程，而是姿勢份子的動覺素養與身心健康。 我的意思是，透過將瑜伽、功能性訓練、筋膜訓練以及呼吸訓練相結合，我能夠專注建立對自己身體的覺察和關照，從改善姿勢、增強體能、培養優質動作和呼吸模式開始，達到情緒和心境的穩定；透過有系統地研讀經典，我能夠在瀚浩穹蒼中看見星圖，勾勒出人生的價值與意義，進而提升整體的身心幸福感與生命品質。 這樣的練習，曾幫助我走出憂鬱和困境，幫助我從一個除了生病之外根本都忘了自己還有副身體的「知識份子」，慢慢地又活成懂得關照食衣住行坐臥的、能夠將向外發散的注意力和感受力拉回到自己身上的「姿勢份子」，重新開始學習好好照顧自己、疼愛自己，學習與自己的身心和好，也與宇宙萬物共處。 在課堂上，我希望創造一種沉浸式的「動中冥想」（meditation in motion）體驗，在動作-呼吸-意識都同步一致的狀態中，感受平靜、專注和明晰（calm, concentration, and clarity）的內在光芒，並將這樣的能量帶回到日常當中。願我們都成為照亮周圍人事物的那道光。 如果我個人的經歷、學習的道路、手邊擁有的工具箱，以及我的人生態度，正好和你對上了頻率，歡迎來跟我一起練習！讓我們一起培養姿勢份子的動覺素養，前進身心平衡的快樂生活。 Kelly is a yoga teacher and personal trainer dedicated to empowering her students to cultivate kinesthetic awareness, improve posture, and achieve emotional balance, ultimately enhancing their overall well-being. By integrating yoga, functional training, and myofascial slings training, Kelly aspires to provide an immersive "meditation in motion" experience that fosters calm, concentration, and clarity on and beyond the yoga mat. In addition to her extensive experience in teaching English and yoga, Kelly is also the co-founder of OneStep, an accredited yoga school and educational institute offering a range of teacher training programs and workshops for yoga and fitness professionals. With a focus on integrated movement systems and holistic wellness, OneStep aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to promote whole-person health. From teaching, creating social media contents to developing curriculum, Kelly is committed to sharing her expertise and passion with others.
