基礎拳擊課程 從手綁帶開始，一步步的教妳怎麼開始透過這互動性高又有趣的運動，來達成妳的訓練目標。 這堂課適合完全沒嘗試過拳擊的妳、沒運動過的妳，透過拳擊，開始妳的運動計畫。 *拳擊手套、手綁帶請自備，如需借用，請於上課前24小時告知，並且另外支付清潔費$100元。
