我今年 25 歲，訓練年資 11 年。 從國中開始進入健身房，高中就讀三年體育班，期間同時待在田徑隊與健力隊，累積了紮實的體能與力量基礎。 大學就讀休閒運動管理學系，持續專注於訓練與運動科學，同時加入體適能隊與健美隊，進一步結合理論與實戰。 我從高中開始參加健美比賽至今已超過 8 年。 過程中不斷挑戰自我、突破極限，陸續拿下多場冠軍，在 22 歲時更榮獲全場總冠軍。 健美不只是我的興趣，更是我生活的核心與信念。
