我的翹臀訓練是針對臀大跟臀中肌的訓練為主, 很多人可能都只讓臀大肌參與進去卻忘了臀中肌的重要,也就是髖關節屈曲及外展的動作跟細節,所以我會針對這部份去加強。 很多人在做下肢訓練(squat)的時候只會覺得大腿前側股四頭肌群很痠,那也是沒有正確徵召到臀肌的主因,為了改善這方面力量失衡的問題,而去針對臀肌的一套訓練方式。
